Park Rules
These rules are for the safety, health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all.
Children
We want the children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the close supervision of a parent or guardian. Please use good judgement if you decide to leave your children at the park while you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety and welfare. You are liable for their behavior.
Pets
Owners must clean up after their pets. Anyone found not cleaning up after their pet will be charged $20.00 per occurrence. Outdoor ONLY pets are not allowed. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.
Solid Waste Disposal, Storage and Fire Protection:
- Management shall provide a dumpster for tenant’s garbage.
- All garbage must be in plastic bags, tied and placed in the dumpster. Boxes must be broken down and placed in the dumpster. Dumpster shall be tightly covered and fastened to prevent garbage from blowing freely in the park. Plastic garbage bags may not be left exposed out of doors.
- The space under your RV shall not be used for storage of any nature
- Residents only are allowed usage of the dumpster.
- VERY IMPORTANT The septic system may only be used for humane waste, toilet paper, and typical waste water. Women’s feminine products, food and other trash must be disposed of in the garbage. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management.
- All sewer lines, potable water lines(hoses) and electrical lines are to be elevated off the ground a minimum of four inches. The landlord and lawn maintenance contractor are not responsible for any damages to these items.
Parking: Automobiles, Trucks and Other Vehicles
- Vehicles shall be parked in the designated area. Vehicles shall not be parked in or along park road, or in undesignated areas on the lots.
- No uninspected or unlicensed vehicles will be permitted in the park for more than thirty (30) days. Vehicles not removed by owner in this time period will be removed by the management at the owner’s expense.
- The speed limit in the park is AT IDLE SPEED and drivers will be on alert for children, pedestrians and animals.
- Two vehicles only per RV Spot, please park parallel to your RV, out of the main drives. If you have more than two vehicles, there is an additional monthly fee per vehicle.
- Utility trailers will be parked in a designated area, there is a monthly trailer parking fee.
Speed Limit
The speed limit within the park is “at idle speed”. This means you put your car in drive or first gear and idle in or out of the park (keep your foot off the gas pedal).
Conduct
Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, and disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be reason for immediate eviction without refund.
Drugs
Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of Calallen Country Living. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without refund. Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.
Liability
All park facilities and equipment on the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is not responsible for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their RV Spot for any and all damages to the park.
Emergencies

Additional Park Rules:
- No accumulation of trash, debris or junk in or around site.
- You must be courteous and respectful of your neighbors.
- No excessive noise after 8:00 PM (loud music, TV, or parties).
- Trailers, Boats etc. must be parked in specified location.
- Any fencing, storage building or other improvements to your site must be approved by management in writing prior to placement.
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No discharging of fire arms.
- No glass containers in common areas.
